Who we are
We're Matthew and Sophie.
We're siblings, and we grew up on the farm where Happy Horse is made. Horses have been part of daily life here for as long as we can remember — working on the farm, mucking stalls, and riding on the weekends.
Happy Horse started as something simple: a soft and tasty treat for the horses on our farm.
How they're made
Baked in small batches.
Everything is made by hand in our farm kitchen. Five ingredients, no shortcuts, and a viewing room that permanently smells like molasses and oats.
We bake to order. Your bag is usually made the same week it ships.
Tested by the herd
The recipe that earned its spot.
Our treats have been taste-tested by every horse in our barn — from our retirees, who need something soft enough to chew comfortably, to the Grand Prix dressage horses who get one after every ride.
