Return & Refund Policy
Because our treats are a consumable food product made for animals, we are unable to accept returns of opened products for health and safety reasons. Your satisfaction still matters to us, so here's how we handle issues.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us at store@happyhorsetreats.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Unopened products
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened treats, perishable goods, or clearance/final-sale items.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
