Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada only.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates
We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.95 on all orders. Orders over $50 ship free.

Delivery
Estimated delivery is typically 3–10 business days after your order ships, depending on your province and the carrier. Remote and northern locations may take longer.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at store@happyhorsetreats.com and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Reshipment may require additional shipping charges.

Lost or damaged shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we'll make it right.
