These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of happyhorsetreats.com and any purchase made from Happy Horse ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to make a purchase.

Products
Our products are treats and supplements intended for horses and are not intended for human consumption. We make reasonable efforts to display product details, ingredients, and images accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free.

Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Subscriptions
We offer recurring subscription plans (monthly and bimonthly deliveries). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time as described in our Cancellation Policy.

Use of feeding guidance
Any feeding suggestions or ingredient information we provide is general in nature. Consult your veterinarian regarding your horse's specific dietary needs, allergies, or health conditions. We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from use of our products.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including logos, text, images, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
