Cancellation Policy
One-time orders
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us at store@happyhorsetreats.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to cancel before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun. If the order has already shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
Subscriptions
We offer monthly and bimonthly recurring delivery plans. You may cancel at any time through your account or by emailing store@happyhorsetreats.com. To avoid being charged for your next delivery, please cancel at least 2 business days before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation stops future deliveries; it does not refund orders that have already been processed or shipped. There are no cancellation fees.
You can also skip, pause, or change the frequency of your subscription (between monthly and bimonthly) at any time through your account.
